Coffee Anyone?

It was time to add a coffee service to our office - as in "coffee delivery." This means an upgrade to our coffee pot which was one of the first purchases the company made way back when . So we called a bunch of places and low and behold - there's a whole world of coffee service providers just waiting for such calls. So we did our little trials; we brought in a couple of vendors who were nice enough to install their coffee makers and provide us with one or two weeks of coffee 'free-o-charge.' In our land, a week's worth lasted only a few days (we like our coffee!). Who knew? Final verdict?? No delivered coffee service -- way too much $$ and frankly it's just not the right thing to do b/c none of the delivered products are fairly traded and none of the vendors would commit to offering any of it -- let alone our favorite (www.equalexchange.com). We bought our own (bigger) coffee pot and re-commit ourselves to buying only fair trade coffee from our friends at Equal Exchange (but we did enjoy the fancy coffee makers and the free coffee for a while).
