Day - a week later

Okay yesterday's post was a bit harsh. I think I just freaked out when I did the math and realized this whole Invisalign thing was a 7 month commitment. I am over that issue now. Today no headaches. I was very focused on the offline time and my time spent in front of a CPU w/o them on (or is it "in"?). As a result I tried not to clench my teeth whilst writing my docs on various topics (oh how I can be when it comes to data integration ideas). Anyway. Much better today. Also been tracking, specifically how many hours each day. Averaging 22 hrs per day. Today a bit less as I had a dinner date so that was a bit of offline time without the aligners being in. (or is it "on"?).
